PBS app isn’t working. Screen goes grey then pops back to the main screen

Try removing it, restarting, and adding it again:

Highlight the app on home screen.
Press * on your remote and choose "Remove app".
Perform a "System restart" to clear its memory from Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (as appropriate)
Reinstall the app
