My sound bar all of the sudden has an orange light that pulses. In addition the screen is completely pixelated with green, pink and blue but is completely unreadable. An update was installed yesterday. The serial number is : 2A118O597737. Please help. Never had a problem before this. I have reset it, have changed hdmi cords, have unplugged it for several minutes and nothing is working.
