Onn tv has lines at the bottom

Got an onn TV three months ago this morning I woke up and there are vertical white lines at the bottom of my TV. I did a software update I reset the TV nothing is working to get rid of these lines. Which sucks because I don’t have 400 to blow on a tv every time it messes up.
