My Onn Roku Smart Sound Bar is stuck on a volume down signal. It's not coming from the remote as I have even removed the batteries from the remote and it still recieves said signal. It's not from the TV, I have determined that as none of the buttons are stuck. I tried unplugging it for a few hours and plugging it back in, didn't work. Tried a factory reset and that also did not work. I'm at a loss for what could be causing this since it's only 3 months old.
