I've just updated my os to 11.5.0 build 4216. For some reason I am missing the themes pack and sound options from themes menu. Can anyone help me with this?

Mine is missing too. Went to change it back to my favorite one and it's gone. Wondering if it's a glitch.

We would be more than happy to investigate the issue further. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)

Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

Can I please get help. My model is E4AA55R and the theme pack isn’t showing up it’s a brand new tv I just got it a few days ago
