No live and internet channel listings
we have two brand new Roku TVs by ONN brand from Walmart and right after the most recent update the channel listings disappear. Resetting the TV seems to help for a few hours of listings and then disappear again. Now live TV channels are totally disappearing and only online channels are present I've gave Roku TV every permission it wanted and I'm tired of this ongoing problem of disappearing listings. It just says no information under the TV channels. This problem did not exist before the recent update very strange and frustrating. We need a fix through an update hopefully I took every troubleshooting measure I could imagine and nothing else works except restarting and re-scanning but like I said it's only a temporary fix. I've seen some Comments and replies from Roku that say fixed. I am here to say it is not fixed. Something definitely went wrong in the previous update it's kinda obvious. We want to investigate your problem with Live TV further since the channel guide disappeared.
Can you please provide the following information below?
- Could you share a photo or video clip? with us
- Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue arise, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
