Have you tried to plug it into a different power source? If not, we highly recommend so. If the issue persists after doing so, we highly recommend factory resetting it to see if it will make any difference.
Otherwise, if you are still under the 30-day warranty, we highly suggest returning it for a replacement as this is a possible hardware issue.
