Our kids lost the original remote for our Roku Express 4k+ (purchased 2022, Amazon). I purchased the Official Roku Voice Remote on Amazon that says it is “compatible with most players,” but nothing happens when I hold the paring button under the battery door. It just sits on the Home Screen. What am I doing wrong?
