I have tried to deactivate my Roku subscription on my tv through the steps outlined in the help articles. When I go to myRoku to manage my subscriptions, I only see a channel subscription, not the Roku TV subscription. I have been getting charged $88 for a service I have never used on a TV that is never used, except to set it up in a basement family room. I can't find a chat or an email or a phone number...nothing to help me resolve what should be a simple action to deactivate this subscription.
