Had a disturbing experience with MasterClass. Received a subscription from my son on Father’s Day. Thought it was the series Roku had several years ago. It’s not. They advertise a 30 day return policy. When I attempted to cancel on the first day of the subscription, I was told there are no cancellations for gifted subscribers. After several heated exchanges, they agreed to “make an exception “ and refund my son.
