Got a new Samsung TV and am using a Roku Ultra and Yamaha YAS-109 soundbar.
The connection pattern is:
Roku HDMI out>Soundbar HDMI in, and, Soundbar HDMI out to Samsung TV HDMI ARC.
Everything works fine until after I plug in my headphone to the Roku remote. After several minutes I lose video connection to the TV. My "theory" is that when I plug in the headphones, the audio is cut to the soundbar, and after a short while, the soundbar goes to "sleep", dropping its HDMI output to the TV.
Is there a simple workaround where ARC functionality isn't lost.
Presently when I activate the Roku remote, the TV and soundbar power on, and when I power off the Roku remote, the TV and soundbar power off.
