My TCL Roku TV did what others who reported hear saw, a full-system reset followed by deteriorating functions, and finally failure with the following error message freezing the system:

At least two posts on here mention similar problems and the Helpers recommended identical solutions.
Reset TV and router.
Connect through other networks.
Connect through mobile cell hotspot.
These solutions do not work and I cannot use my TV. What else can we try? Seems to be a software problem,
