We understand that you're having a problem with your channels. No worries! Help is here. Is the issue happening on all contents or channels, or is it isolated to one content or channel only? How far is your Roku device from your network router? Please try these steps and see if they work:
- Press Home on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System Restart.
If the problem still persists, please try to restart your modem and router on your wireless network.
