Sometimes, and seemingly more frequently as of late, my TV will stay black with a flashing power light when I press the button on the remote to turn it on. I have to unplug it, wait, then plug it back in. After that, it seems to respond faster. It turns on almost instantly, and my Chromecast seems to turn on much faster as well.
How does a TV get stuck in startup mode? What can I do to stop this? It's never been connected to the internet or cable itself. The only thing I've ever used it for is my Chromecast.
