Hisense Roku tv Apps and settings are gone

My Hisense Roku tv is not showing anything on my Home Screen. No apps settings or anything. How can I fix this? I can’t do a reset because I can’t get to settings just from the remote.

Unplug the power briefly or use the reset button that's hidden somewhere on the back.
