My Hisense TV will not play any content from the Roku channel. I can access the app. But when I try to play anything it will not load.
also any idea why the CBC Gem app does not come up in my App Store? I am located in Canada so this should come up when searched for.

Are the other TVs linked to the same Roku account? If you're trying to link the TV to a different Roku account, I think it's possible to create a Roku account in the wrong region without even trying.

Re: Hisense Roku TV will not play content on the Roku channel
It sounds like there's an issue with your Roku account. If you created it while you were outside of Canada or while using a VPN or anything that masked your true location, your account isn't associated with Canada. The only way to fix it is to create a new account, factory reset the Roku TV, and link it to the new account.

Re: Hisense Roku TV will not play content on the Roku channel
Thank you for the advice. The account was created here in Canada and I do not use VPN for any reason. I will probably try resetting the TV anyway as I can’t think of any other reason. I also have 2 other Roku TVs in the home that both work as they should.

Re: Hisense Roku TV will not play content on the Roku channel
I deleted my Roku account and created a new one. Issue solved! Thanks everyone for the advice. Not sure how I created a non-Canadian account while in Canada, but there you go.
