Hi sense and Spectrum technology is not working for me at all.

My home screen is not working.  I  reset it twice and nothing.  There's no apps on the screen.  I  even tried to make Spectrum fix it.  Anyone else have a solution

May we first know if this is the first time you are having this issue after it has been activated? With that being said, when did it start? 

In addition, mentioning you have reset it twice, could you please clarify if this is a a factory reset?
