You need to get onto Hayu, the more people at them should hopefully get them to sort it
Got an answer back from Hayu! I am currently at work but if anyone tries this let me know if it works and I will try tonight and report back.

Please take a moment to follow these steps:
Go to www.hayu.com and sign in to your account. Then, go to 'My Account' ( https://www.hayu.com/myaccount ) and then to 'Pair TV App' ( https://www.hayu.com/myaccount/pairtvapp ), you'll see a list of your paired devices, please remove your previously paired devices.
Then, delete the hayu app completely from your Roku, restart your TV download the hayu app again from the App Store, open the hayu app and a pairing code will be displayed on your TV, take note of this code and then go to https://www.hayu.com/myaccount/pairtvapp > enter your pairing code and click on 'Pair TV App' to complete the pairing process.
Important: Please make sure to delete all your previously paired devices from your profile settings before pairing your TV again.
You should be able to watch our shows on your TV without any issues after following our suggestions.

I’ve been experiencing this issue for the last two days, as has someone else who uses my account but on a different tv, but both Rokus. Today he told me to quickly click into any program you can once you’re in the hayu homepage and it won’t kick you out. And it worked ! I know this isn’t ideal and I hope the issue is figured out soon, but as long as you can click into something quickly, you can then hopefully try and find what you want to watch from the shows suggested at the bottom of the screen.
@aftonsv Yes, tried this last week when I first contacted them about this issue. Sadly, makes no difference at all. I’ve been in touch with them several times and at this point they say the following:
“We are aware about this issue and our developers team are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. It is our highest priority to get this issue fixed”
I believe more and more people are contacting them now, and it’s lighting a bit of a fire for them to get it sorted.

Same. How frustrating. And we pay for this channel. None of this steps work. Can you please address this properly Roku?
I’ve been having the same issue since for a couple of days. I tried following the steps and there is no option to delete the channel. I’ve pay a monthly subscription and shouldn’t have to pay for no access.
This doesn’t work because there is no option to delete the channel.
None of this works !!

Mines suffering the same fate, but this is a hayu issue, they must have pushed an update that's corrupt.
I'm just waiting for a American to say the legendary words CLASS ACTION against Roku 😂
Having the same issue with Hayu on both my Rokus and they're different models. Both my Roku Ultra as well as Roku Streaming stick 4K. Definitely a Roku issue. Have since switched to using my Firesticks!
