- How are you attempting to access your Britbox? On the dedicated Britbox channel app? Through The Roku Channel?
- How did you subscribe to Peacock? Directly with Peacock? Through Roku? Through some other service (Amazon, Sling, Google, etc.)?
- Do you observe this behavior while using other channel(s) on your device?
- Does the issue only occur on specific episodes or all the content on Britbox?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?
