Going in circles on Roku Tv

I’ve now tried six times to watch a show on Britbox; my subscription is up to date. I get different messages: can’t access my account; check your internet connection. It gets all the way to choosing the episode and then back to the tv Home Screen.

please help!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention on the behavior you've experienced with the Britbox channel. We are willing to investigate this matter further but need additional details.

  • How are you attempting to access your Britbox? On the dedicated Britbox channel app? Through The Roku Channel?
  • How did you subscribe to Peacock? Directly with Peacock? Through Roku? Through some other service (Amazon, Sling, Google, etc.)?
  • Do you observe this behavior while using other channel(s) on your device?
  • Does the issue only occur on specific episodes or all the content on Britbox?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve the issue?

We will be better equipped to provide further assistance by providing additional details.
