I recently gave my TCL to a friend. Prior to doing so, I did a factory reset. How can I be sure that apps I had on it, such as Google photos, are not still available on that TV?

If you factory reset it then whomever received it would have to link it to their own Roku account, but you can check your Roku account at https://my.roku.com to see if it still shows up as one of your devices and if so, unlink it.
