Having the exact same problem an Elements Roku TV. All other channels work fine on the TV. On other Roku TVs (not Elements) Youtube and Youtube TV work fine. All the roku suggested solutions are the same (bots answering) and DO NOT WORK. Time for Roku to actually get a human involved instead of having only bot genereated answers.
