yea i bought a TCL 55in Tv on as a Black friday Deal and ive had it for at least 6 or 7 Months and the Screen went Black but the backlight still is on. Ive tried everything to try and fix it but nothing. ive called customer support but they told me i voided my warranty because i made the mistake for opening it which is kinda dumb because walmart tries to make you purchase warranty even though the tv brand i guess came with its own warranty already. so yea now im stuck with a broken tv ...
