My TCL 42" and HiSense 50" Roku tv's will not add WLOS channel 13 (Asheville, NC). My 8-channel Channel Master distribution amplifier feeds all of my tv's, Tablos, and Roku Ultras. The signal is good and I see WLOS on all devices, including Roku Ultras, except the Roku tv's. I've tried configuring the Roku tv's with various zip codes; no luck. Roku help says to go to settings->system->storage and update. There is no such menu selection. Going to update yields no information about storage, nor does settings->system->about. I would add the channel manually, but Roku makes no provision for manually adding channels. WLOS channel 13 is the primary channel that I watch because of its local news and weather. Guess I have to give up on Roku tv's.
