Turned the tv on today and it is acting as if the remote is pressing buttons. Can't scroll over to anything as it reverts back to the home button. I've removed batteries from the remote and it is still doing it. I unplugged the tv for awhile and was able to factory reset it. I was watching a show and it keeps returning to the home screen. And I can hear the sound as if the buttons are being pressed again. Any suggestions???

Its an Onn roku tv. It says its an Onn Model 100012587. Hardware 7326x. Software version 12.0.0 build- 4182-ar.
Its never acted like this, it just keeps reverting back to the home main page. It happens on any app we are watching. Even when I was just getting the system information it went back to the main menu.
Hi @Moon1214,
Thanks for keeping us posted!
For us to have a better understanding of the issue, Could you confirm if the issue regarding your Roku TV that keeps reverting back to the Home menu still happens when the batteries are removed from your Remote? Also, what specific channel/s are you streaming when the issue occurs?
We would appreciate your response in this matter so we can provide a solution to resolve the issue.
All the best,
Kash
Yes it still does it without the batteries in the remote. I've also removed batteries from all of our roku remotes just in case. So its nothing with the remote. It seems to do it on all the apps. Youtube, Netflix, Disney+, Roku channel. I don't even have to be in an app, it will bring you back to the main page even while in the settings type menus.
