Can't connect to Roku for screen mirroring

I am trying to show something on a Roku TV, however when I go to the Connect tab of the Windows action center, the TV does not show up in the list. I've tried looking it up everywhere, but all the solutions do nothing, if not make the problem worse.

    Please try to follow these steps:

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Screen mirroring
    5. After you open the screen mirroring settings, choose a setting to adjust and connect.
      Make sure to follow the step-by-step process to connect.
