@Nadia1702, most likely something has failed in the TV's backlight. Try unplugging it for 15 minutes (or overnight) to see if it comes back. If that doesn't work, there's no easy fix. There's many, many reports of the same thing here. If it's still under warranty, contact the manufacturer.
