Auto play is not functioning properly.

I have Auto Play turned off on my Roku TV as well as the Amazon Prime channel but it still skips to the next episode anyway not even finishing the current one. This is for Rogue Heroes which is an MGM+ show but I am viewing on Amazon Prime. I contacted MGM who advised me it was a problem with Amazon who advised me they didn’t support Roku TVs. My Roku is up to date and I have reinstalled Amazon. I’ve also restarted my Roku. Can anybody help with this please?

Re: Auto play is not functioning properly.

The Auto-play video setting in the Roku Accessibility settings (if that's what you're referring to) has nothing to do with auto-playing the next episode within any app.  It merely stops the annoying auto-playing of a video when you're navigating through the available movies/shows within an app.  Unless there's an option within the app, there's no way to stop it (i.e., there is no global Roku option).
