Audio was great. Now it's too quiet with no Expanded Audio

I am experiencing a problem recently with the audio from my Roku Streambar Pro and two Roku TV Wireless Speakers

I have had the Roku Streambar Pro for some time and added the two back speakers in May. I connected the Roku Streambar Pro using ARC and the sound was great.

While moving some furniture, I unplugged the rear speakers. After plugging them back in, the sound isn’t so hot. Now, I must turn the TV volume up twice as loud to hear anything well and it's the only chance of hearing the dialogue.

And the Expanded Audio setting is grayed out on every streaming app apart from Amazon Music. That music app is the only one that sounds amazing with audio that fills the room.

I tried pairing the speakers again, but that hasn’t helped. I’ve also tried every audio setting, but no dice. Boosting the dialogue obviously makes voices louder, but the quality of the sound is lousy with that setting.

Can you please tell me how to get things back to what they once were and also offer suggestions for getting Expanded Audio to activate on other apps?
