Hi all, im wondering if i can get any thoughts and help on this...
Currently watching Live Boxing on Discovery+ in the UK, broadcast in 4K HDR with Dolby Atmos audio on a ROKU Streaming Stick 4K. My issue is when it goes to an ad-break, i get a period of audio loss of around 5 seconds, and when the ads end, and it returns to the show, im getting no audio for another 5 seconds before it kicks back in again.
On my audio settings on the Stick, its set to Custom, with Dolby enabled, and Dolby Digital+ set to the preferred option as a number of services i use, including watching live channels use EAC-3 (Such as Now TV, Discovery+ ect) Selecting Dolby Digital gives me no Dolby audio at all on these services because its the DD+ version.
How can i stop the audio cutting out on the break-points without de-selecting DD+ ?
