Arbitrary format change by Roku

This affects all channels, Prime, Hulu, Roku etc. The format for choosing a series season and episode has changed; it now has drop down boxes instead of the former displays. This change is HORRIBLE!!  Makes trying to watch programs tasky, iffy, difficult and generally annoying.  Roku has taken the fun out of watching tv.
