Hello, I have an AirTame and recently it is only displaying in 4:6 instead of 16:9. I suspect a recent update with either the AirTame of Roku OS has caused this compatibility challenge. The AirTame works fine on non-Roku TVs and I've gone through AirTame's standard troubleshooting process. I've tried changing resolution settings on the TV, and no other devices or inputs have this issue. Anyone else experiencing this?

Airtame Account Manager here.  Have you tried changing the resolution the Airtame outputs at? You can manually change this in the Airtame settings.

Yes I have, unfortunately changing to or from the recommended widescreen resolutions has not helped. Oddly enough it works fine on other brand TVs.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?  I am having the same issue with a new roku TV and an older Airtame 1.

I did, of all things it was actually the refresh rate on the AirTame. Keep the resolution to whatever you desire, but change the refresh rate to something else. I had to change mine from the default of 60Hz instead to 30Hz, and now works great!
