Thanks for letting us know about the issue you are currently experiencing with your Hisense Roku TV, which freezes with wild yellow scanlines.
In this case, we want to confirm whether the issue only occurs on a specific channel while streaming or throughout the Roku platform.
For troubleshooting purposes, we recommend restarting the system from the settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a power submenu, skip to the next step).

Hey there!
The issue occurs on the main hub, using myriad streaming apps and on any HDMI port using any device (Chromecast, PlayStation etc). I have done multiple factory resets. We got the TV super cheap about a year into covid so it got HEAVY usage. I fear it needs physical repairs, unfortunately. I do thank you for your assistance!
