TCL Roku TV suddenly picture is red abnormal colors

Out of nowhere in the middle of watching a Hulu show, the color in the tv became almost inverted like and red. Annoying and abnormal to say the least. I have a 75” tcl Roku tv about 3 months old and no prior issues. Help please, I tried some online recommendations and it didn’t help at all. Very very frustrating and unhappy customer here.

TCL Roku TV bottom of screen fading to black while watching movies

Bottom of screen is fading to black when watching TV shows on Netflix prime peacock etc. It happens every 10 seconds while watching almost like the bottom play/pause bar keeps almost coming on and then going away. I have tried to restart, unplugging, and everything besides doing a complete factory reset which I’m trying to avoid otherwise I will loose log in access to some apps. Thanks

Roku Ultra 4850 (2024) Dolby Vision Playback Issues - static/white artifacts

Hi, I have the new Roku Ultra and just replaced my old Roku Ultra 4660X by simply unplugging the HDMI cable from the old one and plugging it into my new one. However, Dolby Vision content on any channel or if it's turned on for the Roku home screen, shows white static artifacts that randomly pop up and disappear on the screen. My setup is a LG OLED CX 77 inch TV which is connected to a Yamaha Aventage 2070 AVR (Dolby Vision 4K capable). My Roku Ultra is connected to the AVR as well as my 4K Blu-ray player. Dolby Vision content plays perfectly fine from the 4K Bluray player to the TV so I don't see any issues with the cable to the TV or the AVR. My old Roku Ultra played 4K HDR content just fine as well on this setup. My new Roku Ultra will also play 4K HDR content just fine if I manually change the display type from the 4K Dolby Vision option to 4K HDR instead. I've tried changing the Auto-adjust display refresh rate and HDR Subsampling settings to see if that would change anything. Sometimes it seems a little better or worse depending. When it's worse, half the screen will display static that flickers on and off randomly. It feels like an HDMI cable issue, but all of my cables are Ultra High Speed and as mentioned earlier, play regular 4K HDR content from the Ultra and Dolby Vision content from the blu-ray player without issues. Thought I would share if anyone has any ideas. I might swap the HDMI cable going to the Ultra just for good measure, hopefully it's not a bug in the new Ultra OS.

After 10 minutes or so we get yellow scanlines and the screen freezes on Hisense Roku TV

We have a Hisense Roku TV model 58R6+ (serial X0010079KK36) which we bought in 2021 and now after about 10+ minutes the screen freezes with wild yellow scanlines all over it. You can still here the cursor moving in the background if you keep using the remote but have to unplug it for a bit to get it to turn back on properly until the scanlines and screen freezing starts again.

    Framerate Matching on Airplay

Is there some setting i can select that fixes this or have ROKU not bothered with it? It matches Framerate everywhere else... (Prime Video, Discovery+ ect) Watching something via Airplay and its in judder-vision because the default framerate (60p) doesn't match the content (50p) and it isn't really enjoyable!! (ROKU Streaming Stick 4K 3820EU, all otherwise up-to-date)

Player 4670X loosing signal via ARC

I have a Roku Ultra (4670 series) player connected to a samsung sound bar via ARC HDMI connection. From the sound bar, the output goes via HDMI high speed cable to the 4K TV HDMI connection. The signal keeps getting lost, screen goes green or black and comes back. I do have High speed HDMI 2.0 cables. Anyone know if the 4670 is compatible with ARC or know why the signal/connection loss
