There is an issue with the TCL Roku antenna channels. I have a brand new TCL Roku TV and Every few days the 28 antenna changes disappear from the Live TV menu.
the only way to have them display again is to go to settings/ tv inputs/ live tv/ manage channels and check the box for “hide streaming tv”. After you do this, the antenna channels reappear.
you can then go back and uncheck “hide streaming channels” and you will then see all antenna and streaming channels.
every few days this happens and makes it a nightmare trying to view local live TV.
The TV knows the antenna channels are there, because if you go to rescan antenna, it says “you have already scanned antenna”. Something seems to be wrong in the Roku software updates
Hi @Holtsie,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We understand you are having trouble with the local channels on your TCL Roku TV.
Please note that the Live TV Guide and the Live App Tile on the home screen are separate instances. Do you have a Live TV tile app on the home screen?
The OTA channels will only appear in the tile that says “Live TV Guide.”
Please keep us posted on what you find out, and we'll continue assisting you from there.
All the best,
Chel
We appreciate your response and for the additional details, @Holtsie.
Are you selecting the "LiveTV" tile on the Home Screen located with the apps/channels or the "LiveTV" menu item from the Home Screen Menu on the left side?
If you select LiveTV from the left-side menu, you will not get your Antenna/over-the-air/locals. You need to select the tile to see and receive them.
In the meantime, we recommend to follow the steps provided below:
Please keep us posted on how it works this time so we can continue assisting.
All the best,
Chel

Thank you for the reply. The app I am using on the Home Screen is called “Live TV Guide”. When I open it, my antenna channels are missing. The only way I can access the antenna channels is by going to Settings/ Tv Inputs/live tv/ manage channels. When I do that, all of the antenna channels are suddenly present.
another note:
You can see in the pictures attached, I have my local antenna channels saved as “favorites”. When I open the live tv guide, those favorites are missing completely. You can see I have them as favorites though in the other picture.
When I turn on the tv and my favorites are missing, that’s how I know I’ll have to go to settings/ tv inputs/ live tv to access my antenna channels.

Wow, you are correct. This is so confusing though, because the app and the tile are identical! The trick is to have “Home” highlighted on the left side bar, and choose the Live TV guide APP.
Do Not choose “Live TV” on the left bar, and then select Live TV. It will not show antenna channels.
Thanks for your help!
