We have had this subwoofer for about two years and it has been working fine. About ten days ago the sound began to go off for a few seconds and then return. This occurs every few minutes. We have not changed any settings, connections, remotes or devices. I tried pushing the RESET button and it did not stop. I have disconnected the 9102x and the sound problem stopped.
