58" Sharp Roku Tv boot loop

This problem just arose after many years of use. About two days prior to the TV getting stuck, I noticed that the top right corner was pulsing somewhat, where the screen would flicker only in that corner. I'm not sure if it correlates or is the cause of the boot loop happening, but it's a suspicion.

When the TV started the boot loop, it went pitch black randomly right as I was using it and is now stuck in a loop of turning on for half a second, saying "Sharp • Roku TV" with a dim screen, and then turning itself back off for about ten seconds before repeating the process.

I've tried everything and I'm unsure how to fix it. I've tried the 15-second reset, turning it off and then back on again, unplugging it, the whole shabam, and with no results. I'm unsure of what to do.

Re: 58" Sharp Roku Tv boot loop

"After many years"?  I hate to say it, but I think your TV is dying.  It's likely a hardware failure.  You can research Sharp TVs and look for replacement parts, but I doubt any amount of resetting or software updates will help.
