As soon as I power off the TV, about 15-20 minutes later the TV just turns on all by itself for some reason.

1) I have no accessories plugged in to the TV

2) FastStart is disabled

3) I removed all Apps I don't use anymore

4) I did a System Restart

5) I put fresh batteries in the remote

6) I power off from the Home Screen

I've run out of ideas at this point,  anyone have any other suggestions?  I really don't want to return this TV as I really like it except for the very big annoyance of it randomly powering on.
