Re: remote is not connecting to my tv
How about a few more details?
Is this a Hisense RokuTV or just a Hisense TV. Did the remote come with the TV and is this remote a Roku remote, a Roku Voice Remote, etc.? Is Roku involved at all in your setup?
Just another Roku user... I am not a Roku employee.

Re: remote is not connecting to my tv
@jmooreeRoku remotes use WiFi direct to connect so its possible the problem is channel congestion. Install WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone then open the app and see how many others use the same channel. Log into the router and choose a channel/band with less congestion and hopefully it will resolve the issue. If you use service provider modem/router they typically use 'auto' for channel selection and can be a problem as a result.
