Channel options only shows “Filter” as an option. And that only shows “Recent” and “All Channels”

I can’t add channels to favorites anymore and the channels I have added in the past are gone (I think because I can’t even find the favorites tab anymore) any one else having this issue? #HisenseRoku TV

I’ve checked and have done all of this excluding talking to Customer Support. I dread doing that because no one has ever heard of a problem I’m dealing with and it should never happen so it can’t be happening. I’ll call and if it gets resolved I’ll post an update but not holding out hope for that.
