My Smart TV powers on, but there is no light on the RoKU 3930X, so I cannot get a Roku HOme screen. Also ther error message on TV says HDMI connection is off, but the HDMI cables are firmly installed. All Internet is working for other devices in the house (laptop, 2 other RoKU on other TV's and telephone).
You may need to press the Home button on the Roku remote to "wake up" the Roku device.
