What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue?
Did you try to Restart your Roku device? Also, have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps?
To restart your Roku device, you can unplug the power cable, wait a moment, and reconnect it. Or you can renew it from the Settings menu using the following steps.
- Press the Home button on Roku remote on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart.
If the issue persists, you may also try removing the Roku Channel and installing it again:
- Go to my.roku.com on your computer or smartphone
- If prompted, sign in to your Roku account
- Select Manage Your Subscriptions
