You have to create a new account ensuring that it gets associated with Canada, so make sure you're not using a VPN or anything else that would mask your true location. You may want to clear your browser cookies or use a private/incognito browser window to ensure any saved data doesn't interfere with the process. Then factory reset the TV and link it to the new account. You may want to close your current account.
