cannot erase or watch recorded programs

 The picture was freezing on live tv while the audio continued. Xfinity did an update which fixed the problem. Since then, I have not been able to erase recorded programs Error: TVAPP 00800, and I cannot watch the program Error: TVAPP 00332-This video cannot be played. This happened with one days worth or recordings. My content stays at 100% full and the number of recordings keeps going up. Xfinity has denied they are responsible and says I must have a bad Roku box (2 years old). Any help here.

Problems with Xfinity (and Spectrum) can often be fixed by rebooting everything involved - gateway/modem/router and Roku device.

It's Xfinity's app and service, so it's totally on them to fix the problem.
