I had a couple of posts on Youtube constant buffering but I guess they're closed as I can't add this comment to them. I have 2 TCL Roku TVs and a Streaming 4K stick. None of them can play Youtube as it constant buffers. Visited my daughter and she has a Roku Express and it plays Youtube flawlessly. So apprently (some) TCL Roku TVs and the Streaming 4K Stick don't have powerful enough processors to stream YT. You have to get the Roku Express or Roku Express 4K+ (which I did). Very disappointed in moderators and support as they should know this and have helped. Spent many hours trying to figure out YT buffering. Hope this helps someone.
