Could you tell us more about the issue you've been experiencing? When did the issue occur? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to reproduce the issue?
In addition, have you tried removing the affected channel and re-installing it? If you haven't tried yet, restart your device before adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)
