Xfinity channel not working
There is only one streaming app I am having issues with. Xfinity streaming app is no longer allowing me to view content. I have been able to view content since I had the xfinity services until yesterday when xfinity had an outage. I am getting error code tvapp-00287 on my screen sometimes. Most of the time it just have the 3 dots just circulating. I have tried to uninstall and restart the tv before I reinstall the app. I have tried different Wi-Fi networks. Even used either net cable to plug directly into the modem. I have tried to restart my Wi-Fi devices. Nothing seems to work. It seem like it is a problem with Roku tvs not accepting the app. The streaming app works on all my other devices that is not Roku. Need help!!!!
