Why does my Roku stop every 3 hours or so? Then you have to tell it what you want to watch again.

It seems like that at about 3 hours of being turned on, the Roku stops and you have to tell it what you want to watch again. And if you don't tell it, it goes to a screen saver.

As described in the previous section, you can select Don't ask again for this channel to disable the prompt for the particular channel you are watching when the message appears. Alternatively, you can disable the prompt for all streaming channels using the instructions below:

  1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select Network
  4. Select Bandwidth saver
  5. Choose Off
