@ada1, you manage your subscriptions that are paid through Roku by logging into your account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku account under Settings->System->About. You can also manage the subscription for an app by highlighting its icon on the Home Screen and pressing * on your remote. If the subscription is through Roku, there will be a "Manage subscription" option.
They answer that way because it's just a"general form letter" send by a bot most likely based on key words in your initial request.
