Who developed and supports Netflix app on Roku?

Netflix image quality is not always what it should be. Often the images are dull with poor color saturation. Skin tones are greyish, like they've been dead for 24 hours.

Is this an issue with the app or the Roku device itself?

Does Netflix develop & support their app or do they provide API and/or SDK to Roku and Roku develops it themselves?

Other channels look fine so I don't think the device is totally defective, just the Netflix app.

Roku Express 4K+, 3941R2

When I put Roku Express 4K+ (or 4K+ or 3941) in "Associated Products" box here it says there is no match. I'M LITERALLY STARING AT THE BOX AND THAT IS THE MODEL!

Since Roku doesn't support this model I'm here hoping you folks can help. I've got six days to resolve before having to return it for refund.

@Dissatisfied_2

You can check for your model here:

https://developer.roku.com/docs/specs/hardware.md

that's the official Roku list.

Netflix is responsible for the app.

I'm guessing but lousy picture quality can mean a low Wi-Fi signal.
