• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) mobile device brand, model, and OS
• Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
• If possible, could you provide a video or screenshot of the issue you're experiencing?

Once we have this information available, we'll be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation.

as I said twice already it is not a device issue, it happens on the website and my iphone

I'm done with the Roku channel

As indicated by the users in this thread, a Latin series "Mi Vida Eres Tu" is showing/playing instead of the listed Turkish series Vatanim Sensin (Wounded Love).

Either the Search Results are wrong, or the CDN is erroneously playing the wrong series.  No amount of requesting user input regarding their individual device info will help with this issue.

The matter simply needs to be forwarded again to the appropriate team to remedy. ( The original report of this was in 10/2022).

As the original poster state this is not an individual device issue. I am seeing the same thing. The show is titled Wounded Love in your catalog (original title is Vatanim Sensin). There are 116 episodes under this title entry and each of them when played are another show titled Mi Vida Eres Tu.

well, you never fixed this issue after 11 months and it is still there screwed up 

kind of  a joke at this point
